The order is processed upon receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or other courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Any type of shipping you choose, we will provide a link to track your package online.

Boxes are sized appropriately large and your articles are well-protected.

The courier does not deliver on public holidays and at weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

The current orders on Friday will be delivered by courier from Monday.

If it is not possible to complete the delivery, because there is nobody at the address, the courier will leave a notice.

At that point, following directions written on notice, the recipient can contact the courier office to make arrangements for a second delivery.

Caution: after three days from the first delivery unsuccessful, the shipment will be considered failed and will return to headquarters and charge the relative cost to the recipient (Euro 15.00).

Upon receipt of the goods, you will need to verify the integrity of packages and correspondence quantitative and qualitative as indicated in the accompanying document.

In case of discrepancy and / or differences, your care immediately record the same on the shipping document.

RETURNS

The Framax has 30 days to return the product intact and in its original packaging according to the withdrawal rules.

By filling the form you will find on the site you will have the chance to have a refund for the shipping fee of 4,99 euro if the return is due no later than 14 days from exercising the right of withdrawal.

 

Under Article. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the parcel / package of the Products must be by you immediately challenged by the application of a control written reservation on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once signed the delivery document without objection, refusal will prevent any exception regarding the appearance of what was delivered. In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed during the purchase, the risk of damage and the perishing of Products moved to you already in the delivery time to the carrier, precluding any challenge relating to the characteristics exterior of the goods. In this case, all claims must be moved directly by you to the carrier.
